Schedule I Late Game Strategy: From Millionaire to Magnate

The late game in Schedule I is where your empire reaches industrial scale. With multiple properties, dozens of employees, and operations across all of Hyland Point, the gameplay shifts from hands-on dealing to high-level management. This guide covers everything from full automation to the $10,000,000 Magnate achievement.

Defining "Late Game"

Late game typically begins when you:

  • Reach Enforcer rank or higher
  • Own at least 2 properties (one with 5+ employee capacity)
  • Have established automated production
  • Have unlocked all product types (weed, mushrooms, meth, cocaine)
  • Are earning $50,000+ per in-game day

Full Automation Setup

The Dream Team (12 Employees at Docks Warehouse)

Botanists (4-5):

  • Manage all growing operations: tents, pots, drying racks, mushroom beds
  • Automatically handle: seeding, soil, water, additives, harvesting
  • Route harvested product to designated output containers

Handlers (3-4):

  • Route 1: Supply locker → Mixing Station (raw materials)
  • Route 2: Mixing Station → Packaging Station (semi-finished product)
  • Route 3: Packaging Station → Storage (finished product)
  • Route 4: Storage → Loading Bay (for distribution)
  • Each handler can manage up to 5 routes

Chemists (2-3):

  • Operate: Mixing Station, Mixing Station Mk2, Chemistry Station, Lab Oven, Cauldron
  • Each chemist can manage up to 4 workstations
  • Route outputs to next stage automatically

Cleaners (1-2):

  • Collect trash from designated areas
  • Dump at green trash bins
  • Not essential but keeps properties tidy

Employee Management Best Practices

  1. Wage Timing: Place wages before 4am. Employees won't collect wages placed after 4am.
  2. Bed vs. Locker: Beds ($150) and Lockers ($150) both work for wage storage
  3. Route Optimization: Handlers work from top to bottom. Put critical routes first.
  4. Chain Production: Set Mixing Station output to another Mixing Station for multi-stage processing
  5. No Sprinkler Benefit: Botanists do NOT benefit from sprinklers or soil pourers (confirmed by data mining)

Multi-Property Empire Management

Property Specialization Strategy

Property 1: Docks Warehouse (Primary Production)

  • 12 employees managing full production line
  • All growing, mixing, and packaging
  • Serves as your main distribution hub

Property 2: Barn (Secondary Production)

  • 10 employees focusing on bulk growing
  • Dedicated to high-volume, lower-complexity products
  • Supplies raw materials to Docks Warehouse

Property 3: Maintenance Office (Mushroom Farm)

  • Free property, no employees needed
  • 10°C natural temperature perfect for mushrooms
  • Plant and forget—harvest periodically

Property 4: Bungalow (Distribution Hub)

  • 5 employees handling packaging and local distribution
  • Connected to your Northtown/Westville dealers

Supply Chain Management

The ideal flow:

  1. Raw Materials: Seeds from Albert, chemicals from Shirley, etc.
  2. Growing: Botanists produce raw plant material
  3. Processing: Chemists refine into finished products
  4. Packaging: Handlers move to packaging stations
  5. Storage: Finished product in secure containers
  6. Distribution: Your personal deliveries + dealer network

Product Portfolio Optimization

Late-Game Product Mix

Product Investment Profit Margin Automation Level
Marijuana (OG Kush) Low Medium Full
Marijuana (Granddaddy Purple) Medium Medium-High Full
Mushrooms Low Medium Partial
Methamphetamine High High Full
Cocaine Very High Very High Full
Custom Mixes High Highest Full

Recommendation

  • Early late-game: Focus on automated marijuana and meth
  • Mid late-game: Add cocaine production (requires Enforcer rank)
  • Endgame: Custom high-value mixes for maximum per-unit profit

Money Management at Scale

The Cash Flow Cycle

  1. Production creates inventory (cost: employee wages, materials)
  2. Sales generate cash (revenue: customer deals, dealer sales)
  3. Cash needs laundering (dirty money → clean money via businesses)
  4. Clean money funds expansion (properties, vehicles, upgrades)
  5. Expansion increases production capacity (more inventory, more sales)

Money Laundering Optimization

Own multiple laundering businesses:

  • Laundromat ($4,000): Early game, slow processing
  • Car Wash ($20,000): Mid-game, moderate processing
  • Post Office ($10,000): Mid-game, moderate processing
  • Taco Ticklers ($50,000): Late-game, fastest processing

Strategy: Process money through multiple businesses simultaneously. The more businesses you own, the faster you can clean your cash.

Dealer Network Management

Full Dealer Roster (6 Dealers)

Dealer Territory Best For
Benji Coleman Northtown Low-tier product, high volume
Molly Presley Westville Mid-tier product
Brad Crosby Downtown Mid-tier product, casino proximity
Jane Lucero Docks High-tier product
Wei Long Suburbia Luxury product
Leo Rivers Uptown Endgame product, highest prices

Dealer Economics

  • Dealers take 20% commission
  • They cannot overcharge or underdeliver (your personal strategies don't apply)
  • Best used for: remote territories, passive income, covering your personal delivery gaps

Late-Game Dealer Strategy

  • Place dealers in ALL territories for maximum passive coverage
  • Focus your personal efforts on high-value, high-risk deals
  • Let dealers handle routine, low-value transactions
  • Check dealer sales daily and restock their supply

The Road to Magnate ($10,000,000)

Phase 1: The Millionaire ($1,000,000)

  • Own Barn + Bungalow + Docks Warehouse
  • Full automation on 2 product lines
  • This should happen naturally in the late game

Phase 2: The Multi-Millionaire ($5,000,000)

  • Own all properties except Hyland Manor
  • Full automation across all product types
  • All 6 dealers active and stocked
  • Multiple laundering businesses operating

Phase 3: The Magnate ($10,000,000)

  • Buy Hyland Manor ($250,000)
  • Max out all properties with employees
  • Maintain massive product inventory
  • Complete the cartel questline
  • This is the ultimate achievement

Time Management in Late Game

The Sleep Cycle

Sleeping advances time and processes your empire:

  • Employees work and collect wages
  • Plants grow
  • Dealers make sales
  • Money laundering processes
  • Important: XP only calculates money earned before sleep

Optimal Daily Loop

  1. Morning: Check dealer sales, restock inventory, collect laundered money
  2. Midday: Handle high-value personal deliveries, manage employees
  3. Evening: Set up next day's production, place employee wages
  4. Night: Curfew deliveries (10pm-4am) for bonus XP, or sleep to advance

Common Late-Game Mistakes

  1. Over-expanding too fast: Buying properties before you can staff them
  2. Neglecting employee wages: Forgetting to pay before 4am halts production
  3. Ignoring money laundering: Having $500K dirty cash does nothing if you can't spend it
  4. Focusing on one product: Diversification reduces risk and increases total profit
  5. Not using dealers: Trying to personally deliver to all territories is inefficient

The Endgame Vision

Your late-game empire should look like this:

  • Production: 20+ employees across multiple properties making 4+ product types
  • Distribution: 6 dealers covering all territories + your personal high-value deliveries
  • Finance: Multiple laundering businesses processing money 24/7
  • Assets: All properties owned, best vehicle (Cheetah), full weapon arsenal
  • Net Worth: $10,000,000+ with the Magnate achievement unlocked

This is the true endgame of Schedule I. Not just surviving, but dominating Hyland Point as an unstoppable criminal empire.
